I've ordered a PC from Dell. They offer home delivery (for which I'm paying 49 quid plus VAT, I hasten to add). Unfortunately, it's such a useless service they might as well have Ray Charles driving the delivery van. This is the email I sent them to try and figure out how to get my PC.
