First up, a few from a ride that Rich and I did, a Lodsworth loop on a sunny (if somewhat nippy) day in May.
And so do I. With my weight too far back. Lessons in cornering like a knobber. Image (600x800) - 193 kB |
Fruits of some tinkering - the Kilauea in its new paint job with red bits. Nice lightweight wheels and bits - would have been rather lighter if it hadn't been for some issues with brakes and stems - hey ho. I think despite that, it's not far off the road bike's weight. I guess I should get some scales sometime just to see how much all these things weigh.
The Kilauea is reincarnated as a light singlespeed with very squealy brakes. Image (800x600) - 193 kB |
And a few from the Wight Diamond, which we approached even more casually than ever before.
Bob on the Isle of Wight, and - er - my wheel. I think it was supposed to be arty or something. Image (600x800) - 240 kB |
Ads and Bob on a cheeky rutted trail above the Donkey Sanctuary on the island. Image (600x800) - 310 kB |
Yup, this is what I discovered when I was about to set out riding on the Island.
Arse - my favourite beast is injured. But not dead :o)

Nice putting pic. Could you do it again and wait until the ball's a bit nearer the hole, please?

Ladies are better than putting. I think Mike must be gay.

And there was me about to admire Bez's crack.

After such a derogatory comment about my balls as well :o(
