Say hello to Flo, our new smeg, who arrived yesterday. She and Winston are still 'settling down,' which basically means Winston's pissed off at having a little ginger rat wandering round the place, whilst she just hisses at him when he gets near (not entirely unforgivable seeing as he's bopped her a couple of times and he's about four times her size).
Winston's been treated to a nice new catflap in the back door, but unsurprisingly that doesn't seem to have made up for the fact that he no longer rules the house - he keeps an eye on Flo all the time, although she spends most of the day either trying to eat bits of furniture or sleeping.
Flo's other main source of fun seems to be treating the litter tray as a playpit, which probably isn't the smartest thing, especially if she starts rolling in Winston's tray (and she already has, which I think has put the poor sod off using it).
